We have all been there; that final scene in Friends, that last shot of Walter White in Breaking Bad. Even if you haven’t watched one of the more popular shows, you can totally relate when you see your friends devastated that their favourite show is no longer filming new shows.
Once you get hooked on a show, you don’t just sit down for the 30 minutes and watch it, you start to develop a connection. You empathize with that person, you talk about them with your friends as if they were real. You get more excited about them than you do about seeing real life people!
For me that show was the US Office. I don’t think I can remember feeling as emotionally invested in a TV show as I did about this one. Even more so when Netflix decided to remove it from their streaming site.
