The official Twitter account for the Fairy Tail live action stage play Live Fantasy Fairy Tail, has tweeted the first images of series protagonist and dragon slayer, Natsu Dragneel in the flesh.
The popular manga/anime series Fairy Tail is set in the fictional world of Earth-land, a world with powerful wizards and their guilds. The series revolves one guild in particular, Fairy Tail and key members Natsu, Lucy, Gray, Wendy and Erza who take on jobs to earn money, prove their strength and maintain order in their world.
The live action play will see 25 year-old Shuto Miyazaki take on the role of the fearless and ridiculously foolhardy Natsu, seen below:
The play has been written and is being directed by Akiko Kodama who also turned popular anime/manga series Naruto out onto the stage last year. Live Fantasy Fairy Tail will make its stage debut this April with 16 shows scheduled.
If you fancy hopping a plane or already live in Japan, tickets go on sale this February and are priced at around €60.
