During Nintendo’s E3 Digital Presentation this year we got to see two new Mario titles for both the Wii U and 3DS. The first title is Mario & Luigi Paper Jam, a crossover between both Mario RPG series, Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi.
The game will feature the brothers from the Mario & Luigi series and the 2D Mario characters of Paper Mario. The title will bring the 2 dimensional puzzle solving of the Paper Mario series and the battle system of the Mario & Luigi franchise.
Mario & Luigi Paper Jam will release for the 3DS next spring.
The second title revealed at the presentation was Mario Tennis Ultra Smash for the Wii U. The trailer shown confirmed the return of Chance Shots and focused a lot on Mega Mushrooms, which allow the player to grow gigantic and tower over the other players. Mario Tennis Ultra Smash is the seventh in the series and the first time it has been in HD quality.
Mario Tennis Ultra Smash will release this year for Wii U.
