The rumour mill is turning, people. And some of the latest off the bat is the potentially awesome news that Star Wars: The Force Awakens could see cast
of The Raid and The Raid 2 in the latest release for the franchise.
Unconfirmed, but positive reports indicate that Iko Uwais, alongside Yayan Ruhian and Cecep Arif Rahman have joined the already established cast.
Considering Ruhian and Rahman’s fantastic choreography for both action films, this could be an exciting development for the franchise, indicating a much awaited return from the over use of CGI the prequels became synonymous with to something more tangible and hard hitting.
What role they’ll play, either in front or behind the camera, only time will tell but my ears are firmly to the ground on this one. Stay tuned for more.
