One of my favourite things about the Marvel Netflix shows is seeing the social media exchanges. Generally this happens on twitter and the interactions are quite funny. These motion posters aren’t really the same thing, but they’re similar in that they show the characters in settings that don’t belong to them, like Danny Rand outside of Jessica Jones’ office or Luke Cage in Fogwell’s Gym.

While I usually find motion posters cool, there were things about these that I found jarring. Mostly the backgrounds not moving, especially in the case of Luke Cage’s, you see the sand falling out of the heavy bag, but the sand doesn’t move.
