Despite his work on Fast and the Furious 8, Vin Diesel is still pursuing an even more eagerly anticipated project, namely his follow up to 2002 thriller xXx.
Unfortunately, George Zakk, a former producer who worked in Diesel’s One Race Films company, is pursuing legal action against the actor.
Although he is no longer working for the company, Zakk argues the film was made during his contract and he is therefore entitled to the sum of $275, 000 and the Executive Producer credit.
While Diesel has yet to respond to the lawsuit, the film is slated for a January 2017 release, so hopefully the two former partners have enough time to settle the matter.
