As the world is still coming to terms with the passing of the musical legend that was David Bowie, a fitting tribute has been made in his name.
Iflscience have revealed that astronomers in Belgium named a star constellation after Bowie.”The constellation consists of seven stars that form the shape of the lightning bolt from Bowie’s 1973 album Aladdin Sane, one of the most iconic images of the starchild.”
Although not officially recognised by the International Astronomical Union, it’s still a nice thought that Bowie’s legacy has taken to the stars in more ways than one.
