Next year one of the best loved sci-fi comedy shows will return to the airwaves. Starting out as a cult, Red Dwarf has been enjoyed the world over.
According to cultbox.co.uk: “Original cast members Craig Charles (Lister), Chris Barrie (Rimmer), Danny John-Jules (Cat) and Kryten (Robert Llewellyn) will all be back.”
Indeed ‘getting the band back together‘ is the reason it has taken so long for filming to start. Despite the demand for more that accompanied the show’s return in 2012, “it’s taken until now to get our ducks in a row and all the boys available at the same time. Now they are, we’re all absolutely delighted” Doug Naylor told The Independent.
With this brief announcement, fans the across the globe can only wait.
