The official cast list for the upcoming Disney+ show, Obi-Wan Kenobi, was revealed this week. Set 10 years after the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, which saw the downfall of former Jedi apprentice Anakin Skywalker. He would later take the mantle of Sith Lord, Darth Vader. Both Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen return as Kenobi and Vader respectively.
Obi-Wan Kenobi wil be directed by Deborah Chow, director of two critically acclaimed episodes of The Mandalorian Season 1. Lucasfilm also announced, that filming will begin in April this year.
Cast
The remaining cast has also been announced, as Moses Ingram, Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell and Benny Safdie will join the series. Expect more news in the coming months on who they’re playing.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is executive produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Michelle Rejwan, Deborah Chow, Ewan McGregor. The series is written by Joby Harold, with casting by Carmen Cuba.
Obi-Wan Kenobi will be available exclusively on Disney+ and set to arrive in 2022.
