GameStop CEO Paul Raines recently did an interview with Fox News explaining how the company is planning to enter the VR market. During the interview he let slip the line “We will launch the Sony product this Fall”.

This is the first time we’ve heard anything about the release date of PSVR since Sony told us they were hoping to release it in the first half of 2016. As such this news suggests that Sony have delayed their VR headset.
According to Videogamer, Sony have responded saying, “the launch date for PlayStation VR will be announced in due course. We have nothing more to comment on at this time.”
