The GazettE are one of Japan’s biggest visual-kei acts and one of its flagship metal bands, and for the second time in their career they’re embarking on a world tour.
In 2015 they released the album DOGMA, the first movement of what they dub ‘PROJECT: DARK AGE’, which is an “artistic venture featuring 18 creative professionals spanning Japan’s fashion, design, photography, sound, film and stage industries, with The GazettE‘s five members at its core”. They followed DOGMA‘s success with the UGLY ep, seeing them unleash a much more brutal side which shot them straight to the top of the iTunes Metal Chart in the UK and Germany.

Off the back of the album and EP’s success, the world tour will take place over 16 dates spread across 11 countries. Sadly, no UK or Ireland dates are included in the tour, but diehard fans may be willing to travel to the European mainland to catch one of the shows in France or Germany.
