THR have reported that Evan Spiliotopoulos will be drafting up the screenplay for the new Charlie’s Angels reboot. Spiliotopoulos has worked on many projects including the Hercules movie that featured Dwayne Johnson, the live-action Beauty and The Beast, and the upcoming The Huntsman: Winter’s War. With this kind of portfolio, it looks like Spiliotopoulos has the know-how for creating something filled with action, grandiosity and a little indulgence.
This Charlie’s Angels reboot is looking to be pretty amazing with Elizabeth Banks behind the camera and now Spilitopoulos as well. It will be interesting to watch this considering the previous attempts to reboot Charlie’s Angels, but with these two on board, they may just do the ’70s show and the previous instalments justice.
