Everyone’s favourite crazed indie developer, The Behemoth, have been hard at work developing their fourth game, which until recently has only been know as ‘Game 4′, and is now officially called Pit People. With this news, we now have the game’s first 20 minutes, which shows off plenty of gameplay and wacky humour that we have come to expect from the team.
Taking place directly after the events of Battleblock Theater’s ending (a space bear falls to earth and causes a calamity), Pit People comes as a huge change for the developer, as it is their first turn based strategy game. While worries that the team may not be able to change over to a new genre were present, worries have died down after fans saw how well the team’s sense of humour and style has crossed over to a new game type.
Pit People is set to release for PC and Xbox One next year.
