Disney Pixar has released a trailer showing its latest offering The Good Dinosaur. The premise is simple enough. If we remember our history (or pre-history?) the reign of the terrible lizards came to a divisive end about 65 million years ago. Now, the trailer is a teaser. So far all we can say for sure is that the film will feature sweeping visuals, a bright colour palate and some animal-human bonding. All tropes that we have found variously lovable in so much of the Disney/Pixar filmography. Reviews will have to wait, but for the meantime we can safely say the venture is in good hands. That, and it gives us an excuse to re-watch many a much-loved movie Pixar has made.
