A shocking announcement came to us from Square Enix’s E3 press conference this year, as we were treated to a trailer revealing a new Nier game.
The game is being developed by Platinum Games, with Atsushi Inaba (Okami, Metal Gear Solid Rising: Revengeance) in a producer role. Not surprisingly, the mad mind of Taro Yoko will once again be overseeing the project as creative director. Don’t hope for the game being done any time soon, though, as Platinum Games have stated it is some time away from release.
This new Nier title will release for PS4.
