The latest from the ever-churning mill of X-Men news is that Rose Byrne is reprising her role as CIA Agent Moira MacTaggert for X-Men:Apocalypse, headlined for release in May 2016.
Plot details are still sketchy but considering her last appearance in X-Men: First Class saw her having her memory erased we can only fathom what the movie has in store for us. Especially with writer Simon Kinberg claiming she’ll be a “significant character” and it being set a number of years later.
With casting confirmed for Apocalypse and some new faces for our old beloved X-Men, another familiar character and face to the line-up is certainly welcome news on this most dreary Monday.
