Harry Potter did it, Sparkling Vampires did it and now Hunger Games it doing it. It has been decided that the final movie is just too much for one movie to contain without bursting and must be divided into two parts for our safety. The Final movie in the Hunger Games trilogy Mockingjay(2014) will now be The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 (2014) and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 (2015). While it adds a whole year of waiting for the conclusion it also gives us double the Mockingjay so it’s probably a good trade off.
Catching Fire is still scheduled for a singular and whole premier November of next year.
