If you’re reading or at the very least following along with X-Men Gold then you’ll know the series is already skirting controversy. The original artist on the new X-Men title, Ardian Syaf, has been fired after it was discovered he’d hidden anti-semetic and anti-christian messages in the first issue!
R. B. Silva and Ken Lashley will take over drawing from issues 4-6 and 7-9 respectively with a permanent artist still to be confirmed.
Over the weekend Marvel artist, Jonboy Meyers uploaded a gallery of his initial designs for the X-Men Gold lineup to Facebook. Meyers captioned the upload with “Some Fun initial Design stuff for a project I decided to Pass on–decided to do my own thing instead”
