Sir Patrick Stewart has confirmed his involvement in Wolverine 3 after a recent tweet.
Many fans will be delighted to hear the much loved actor will return as Professor X in the upcoming Wolverine 3 movie, which just started production.
Stewart tweeted about the news and called it “the worst kept secret”.
Stewart and Hugh Jackman (who plays Wolverine) have stated that the Professor X that will be seen in the upcoming movie will be very different to the one we know.
Wolverine 3 will be R-rated and is inspired by Mark Millar‘s Old Man Logan series.
The film will release in March 2017.
