Say ‘bye bye bye’ to zombies! The trailer for the new Syfy original movie Dead 7 has been released, featuring the undead versus our favourite 90s boybands!

A group of ’90s pop stars have buried the hatchet and joined together to fight zombies in this larger than life flick, from the makers of Sharknado, set in the post-apocalyptic wild west.

Dead 7 is a co-production between Nick Carter and production company The Asylum, with a story from Carter, with the screenplay by Sawyer Perry. In addition to Nick, it stars Backstreet Boys A.J. McLean and Howie Dorough, ‘N Sync’s Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick, 98 Degrees Jeff Timmons, No Authority’s Tommy McCarthy, Everclear’s Art Alexakis, All-4-One’s Delious Kennedy, and O-Town’s Erik-Michael Estrada, Jacob Underwood, Trevor Penick, and Dan Miller.

The trailer shows them in a small western town in a bloody battle with zombies, fighting them off with guns and swords, and features a fantastic one liner from Joey Fatone – “They’re everywhere, and I’m running out of whiskey!”.

A.J. McLean posted a few behind-the-scenes shots on his Instagram back in August of his character, the villain ‘Johnny V’.

Goodnight from Johnny V. #dead7
