Violinist and geek champion Lyndsey Stirling has released a brand spanking new music video for her piece ‘Heist’. Stirling is known for her extravagant music videos as well as her sublime skills with the violin and her beautiful covers of video game music.
I’ve got to say I found the first minute or so of this video a little awkward. The visuals and music are there and I really enjoyed the overall look that the team were going for with a sort of 80s Scott Pilgrim vibe but it seemed a little too cheesy.
That’s only until the big reveal though and when Lyndsey gets her hands on a violin then it all works so well and it’s another piece from Stirling that I’ll have on loop for the day!
