Square-Enix have decided to roll out the big guns for this year’s event and have planned the biggest floor space the company has ever had to date at any convention. With this, there will be entertaining stage presentations (which hasn’t been done before at Gamescom from Square-Enix).
To top all of this off, Square-Enix are also officially giving Final Fantasy XV the red carpet event we have all been waiting for. This game has a playable demo on the floor space and it is also getting presented on their main stage area. Their plan is to focus on this game a lot for Gamescom. There are also rumours circulating that there might be a release date announced for Final Fantasy XV.
There will, of course, be plenty of other games here on display such as Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward, Just Cause 3, Hitman and Rise of the Tomb Raider.
