Ezra Miller Tipped To Join Cast Of Fantastic Beasts
It seems Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is set to have a star-studded cast, with Ezra Miller possibly joining Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne and Katherine Waterston in the upcoming flick.
Warner Brothers has started discussions with Miller for the role of a magical person called Kredan. According to Variety, Miller has always been the favourite for the role, although Warner Brothers has made no official comment on the matter… yet.
Set seven decades before Harry Potter’s saga begins, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is based on the Hogwarts textbook that we so often saw being used by students in the films. The upcoming movie will be about the adventures of its author, Newt Scamander, a magiczoologist.
J.K. Rowling, who is penning the script, has been eager to point out that Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is neither a sequel nor a prequel to the Harry Potter films, but is simply an extension of the wizarding world.
