The makers of Grand Theft Auto V, Take- Two Interactive Software Inc. and subsidiary RockStar Studios, have claimed that the case brought against them by Lindsay Lohan is more about the actress gaining publicity than the issue of identity theft.
The Mean Girls star took a case in July against the developers claiming a character called Lacey Jonas is made using her image, voice, styles and her personality.
Take-Two says her voice, name and likeness aren’t used, and the character resembles her only in being a young, blonde woman and they now want the case dropped and for Lindsay Lohan to pay their legal fees.
