The first in the two part saga that is Metal Gear Solid V, Ground Zeroes is coming next spring. The title follows an older Big Boss and will act as a way to ease veteran MGS players into the new game mechanics and feel of the ‘new’ Metal Gear world. In the press release for the title, Kojima stated that Big Boss is “the series Hero” so it seems Snake has some competition for the spotlight.
Metal Gear Solid V:Ground Zeroes will be coming to PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One early Spring 2014. Boxed PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Ground Zeroes will retail at £29.99/€29.99, while the digital versions will retail for £19.99/€19.99, Konami has confirmed. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One digital versions will retail for £29.99/€29.99.
