Overkill Software have announced in partnership with the makers of Russian-American action film Hardcore Henry to release a themed-DLC character pack for Payday 2 based on Sharlto Copley’s character from the film.
This new character Jimmy is introduced as a coke-fiend with a new perk-deck and weapon set available to use with all characters. The perk-deck, aptly named “Maniac”, requires players to constantly move forward and kill enemies to build an almost combo-like meter to gain damage resistance for them and their teammates.
Sharlto Copley will be providing foul-mouthed dialogue for the character, which you can listen to by visiting the promotional page.
The Jimmy character pack is available now on Steam as an update for no charge.
