Supergirl Series Pilot Has Wrapped
Glen Winter, director for the pilot episode of CBS’s Supergirl series has tweeted that the show has wrapped filming.

The pilot episode was written by Arrow and The Flash producers Greg Berlanti and Ali Adler, it stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Zor-El / Kara Danvers, Mehcad Brooks as James “Jimmy” Olsen and Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant. Former Supers, Dean Cain and Helen Slater will also appear in the series but their roles are still unconfirmed!
The series synopsis is as follows: Born on the planet Krypton, Kara Zor-El escaped amid its destruction years ago. Since arriving on Earth, she’s been hiding the powers she shares with her famous cousin. But now at age 24, she decides to embrace her superhuman abilities and become the hero she was destined to be.
