Thursday saw Bandai Namco Games stream the Forlorn Hope trailer for the upcoming Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin title for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. The new version of the dark role-playing game sees it released on next-gen hardware, and pushed the difficulty even further, and is set for release here on the 3rd of April (via Gamestop) where it is being released on the 7th of April in the States (via IGN).
As previously reported there will be three DLC’s for this titles – Crown of the Sunken King, Crown of the Old King and Crown of the Ivory King along with the added features of improved game balance with parameter adjustments, amplified item descriptions, an enhanced story experience with added NPS’s and improved online matchmaking. All these features are now available for existing Dark Souls II players.
