It is a sad day for science fiction fans as the creator of not one but TWO tentpole science fiction serials, Knight Rider and Battlestar Galactica, has passed away.
Glen Larson, 77, passed away after a battle with cancer, CNN reports. Glen is survived by a legacy in television spanning decades, having worked on such shows as Quincy M.E., Magnum, P.I., Bucks Rogers and the 25th Century amongst his most known and influential works Knight Rider and Battlestar Galactica.
We extend our condolences to his family and friends at this time. Thanks for the reminder to keep staring at the stars, Glen. R.I.P
