Disney Announce 56th Animated Feature Film – Moana
Slated for release in late 2016 Moana will be Disney’s 56th Animated Feature Film and they have some of the big names in the Studio behind it. It is set to be directed by Oscar-nominated team Ron Clements and John Musker best known for directing some of Disneys greats: Aladdin and The Little Mermaid. The film is also to be scored by Mark Mancina who is behind some tracks from The Lion King, Brother Bear and Tarzan.
The film will follow Moana, an adventurous teenager as she sets sail for an adventure of a lifetime, teaming up with a legendary demi-god Maui she conquers the open ocean, encounters massive seas creatures and all in search of a fabled Island in order to complete her ancestors quest.
