After the massive success of their debut EP in 2012, “The Fallen” proved to be an exciting and different challenge for Dublin brothers Richie and Jamie Martin.
The band decided that they needed to start from  scratch. They took a break from the live sessions for a period of time to focus on their writing skills. The result was an incredibly deep and personal album that grows from the sound that first got attention.
The album was produced by established collaborator Keith Lawless (The Fallen EP) and was mixed by Grammy Award winning Engineer Guy Massey (Paul McCartney, Ed Sheeran, Manic Street Preachers). It is due for release in the new year.
And now CRY MONSTER CRY are pleased and proud to announce that a track from their upcoming album is being featured in the campaign video for “National Coming Out Day”, a gay rights awareness initiative.

“We are supporters of equality for all people and jumped at the chance to donate our music to a worthwhile cause like this.
The song is deeply personal for us and deals with worries and fears that can seem all the darker in the middle of the night. It also deals with the idea that things can and often do get better. We felt that it was a good fit.”
