Ever wondered what happens in between their adventures with the Doctor? Well a new mini spin-off series will detail exactly what the Ponds, Amy and Rory get up to in between the main series.
Written by Chris Chibnall, the series will also feature the Doctor himself and we’re also being told to expect a few surprises as well as a few familiar faces… interesting…
Speaking about the mini series, Chibnall, who has written for Who, Torchwood and Camelot, has this to say about the show:
“Pond Life provides us with a lovely opportunity to catch-up with Amy and Rory since we saw them at the end of the last series. It opens with the Ponds at home and gives us an insight in to just what happens when the Doctor drops in and out of their lives. Travelling with the Doctor is one of the greatest things you can do, but it’s fun to spend a few moments looking at the chaos he can also bring.”“
The first part of Pond Life will be available to watch on Monday 27th August, with new episodes released every day until Friday 31st August.
