Powers Galore!
Action-adventure family drama THE GIFTED, from Marvel, tells the story of a suburban couple whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.
Bryan Singer continues his stint in the world of Marvel’s X-Men. The Gifted will see Singer back in the director’s chair for the second X-Men television series following on the heels of Legion. The series description as above will see two parents struggle to protect their mutant children while skirting the government and other non-human threats.

The Gifted pilot will star Stephen Moyer (True Blood) and Amy Acker (Person of Interest). Confirmed mutants include Polaris (daughter of Magneto), Blink (previously portrayed by Fan Bingbing, Days of Future Past) and Thunderbird.
There’s no specific date of release yet but’s expected for late 2017, early 2018.
