Popular Japanese magazine Coro Coro has once again leaked ahead of it’s usual release date, and with it, came the reveal of two brand new Pokemon.
Serebii reports that the new “Puppy Pokemon” is Iwanko (its Japanese name) and is a Rock type.
Its abilities are Vital Spirit, which prevents the Pokemon from being put to sleep in battle, or Keen Eye, which prevents the Pokemon from losing accuracy due to attacks like Sand Attack.
The new Koala Pokemon is Nekkoala, and is the Normal type “half awake Pokemon”.
Nekkoala has the ability Definite Sleep which will make it immune to any status conditions other than sleep. This will give it a competitive edge switching in on Toxic Spikes, as it won’t be inflicted with poison.
