
First teased back at E3 2016, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy got its first trailer at PSX 2016. The beloved Naughty Dog trilogy is getting a full remaster thanks to Vicarious Visions!
“Your favourite marsupial, Crash Bandicoot, is back! He’s enhanced, entranced & ready-to-dance with the N. Sane Trilogy game collection. Now you can experience Crash Bandicoot like never-before in Fur-K. Spin, jump, wump and repeat as you take on the epic challenges and adventures through the three games that started it all, Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped.”
As well as upgrading the visuals, levels and cinematics, there will be some additions to the games according to a PlayStation blog post, which include:
- Unified checkpointing & save game system. This includes manual and auto-saving.
- Unified menu system.
- Time Trials in all three games!
No specific release date was announced, but it is scheduled for a 2017 release on PlayStation 4.
