Like anime? Love bread? Well then this announcement is for you! A craze has swept over the anime world recently with series like Food Wars! becoming increasingly popular. A slice of life anime called Pan de Peace! is coming this April, according to Kadokawa’s Monthly Comic Cune which made the announcement on Wednesday.
Adapted from the manga of the same name, it’s about high school student Minami who loves nothing more than eating bread for breakfast. The anime itself focuses on the joy that baked products brings to her and her gaggle of friends’ lives.
Staff and cast for the anime are set to be announced in February with the anime slated to air in April.
