Developer Red Barrels have released a new teaser to confirm that Outlast II is in development.
The teaser comes on the back of a mysterious tweet from the team that seemed to hint that a sequel announcement was coming.

It was already confirmed by Red Barrels that Outlast would get a sequel. The game was a smash hit in the horror genre with many lauding its use of atmosphere and ability to use the “evil spirits in a mental asylum” horror trope to great effect.
It’s currently unknown when a second Outlast will get here, but in the meantime, if you haven’t, the first Outlast is well worth a look if ou’re into survival horror games and is currently available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
