Ubisoft announced today the 18th of November that the sequel to the ever popular shooter of 2012, Far Cry 4 is now available on a multitude of different platforms including Playstation 4 and 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and on PC.
A collaboration from many of the Ubisoft studios Far Cry 4 gives the players a chance to experience the most immersive Far Cry game yet – in what is a massive open world. Based in Kyrat, a majestic and wild terrain of the Himalayas – now under the regime of a dictatorial self-appointed leader. Players will use a wide range of vehicles, weapons and animals to create their own story across this wide and perilous open world landscape.
Ubisoft are not stopping there also as of now the Arena Master – Far Cry 4 Companion App which is available on Android and IOS – both for smartphones and tablets. This app allows players collect mercenaries and animals for their own pens and send them off to do battle against other players in the main platform game. Giving a social element also with the player being able to share their progress and send arena challenges to their friends from anywhere. Players can fully immersive themselves and explore the open-world through the app also.
