Following the success of ‘UNSPOKEN’ last year, Stano presents ‘DECODER’ on Friday September 5th in association with SONY, Dublin City Council, Temple Bar Cultural Trust, Shinawil and Ludwig-drums. Dublin’s experimental musician and artist, Stano brings a one hour Music, Film and 3D Projection experience to the giant umbrellas in MHS which will create an amazing indoor/outdoor experience.

Stano is known as one of Irelands truely original musicians and experimentalists in both music and art. His enigmatic performances features some unique and avant garde music.  His music is a clever and creative hybrid of rock, folk, ambient and experimental music.

The event is 60 minutes of nine different movements which build into a crescendo of layered electronic and textured music and sounds, combined with stunning images of Dublin displayed in 3D projections presented at Meeting House Square in Temple Bar.

Stano has collaborated with Sean Coleman, Jen Rabs and Niall O’Shea on guitar and on drums,Simon Freedman, Johnny Boyle and Jay Oglesby and ShinAwil to produce the story of Dublin in images.

Stano said “We are very excited about bringing this project to showcase Dublin through music and image but more importantly wanted to use this experience to highlight the great work that ARC does for cancer patients and their carers. It provides vital support and therapies to help those recovering from cancer and their families at every level.”

This is an event that major music and art fans do not want to miss!
