Rik Mayall, the comedian and actor whose performances include The Young Ones, Blackadder, Bottom, Drop Dead Fred and Guest House Paradiso, has passed away. Mayall spearheaded alternative comedy in the 80’s and is a name beloved to many who grew up in the 80’s and 90’s.
The circumstances behind his death have not been released. He will be truly missed.
