Mark Hamill and Tara Strong voiced perhaps one of the most riotous cartoon couples of all time, they took on the roles of Batman’s adversaries, the Joker and Harley Quinn. Their work not only shaped how fans would perceive the characters as individuals but also as a power couple (who spent a chunk of their time trying to do away with the other!). Here they are in person throwing it down as crimes king and queen of clown villains.
