From detailed analysis of episodes, in depth looks at representation and identity and character portrayal, this podcast, tears Adventure Time inside out and has the show for breakfast!
“This is the first episode of Baruch Porres-Hernandez & Sarah Griff’s weekly podcast where we discuss our irrational love of Adventure Time. We discuss this week & last week’s episode, as well as queer undercurrents, our favourite characters & moments, sing some songs, and basically exorcise all of our deep-seeded adoration of the most magical eleven minutes of children’s programming there is in the whole wide world.
This week we talk Davey, Jake The Dad, our skirt around our favourite A-Lister characters, and generally set up what we’re going to be doing in the show from here on in. There is definitely some ukelele action, and definitely even more nerding out.“
