This is an absolute treat of a song and it’s absolutely perfect for a dreary Wednesday like today! I first heard ‘Bright As Yellow’ by The Innocence Mission while watching Empire Records, one of my favourite movies, when I was a teenager.
Although the movie itself was commercially a total flop, the soundtrack remains one of the all-time best in my opinion (yes, including Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1).
