The Collector’s Edition of Metal Gear Solid V also includes the DLC that comes with the Day One edition of the game, however some people who have got their hands on the game have reported that those DLC codes aren’t in the package.
Konami have gone on Facebook to say that the codes will be emailed out or printed on the receipt at the time of purchase.

I personally have ordered the CE and, while it hasn’t arrived yet, I was charged for it a few days ago. I have not, however, been emailed any of the codes, which would usually happen when charged. So if you’ve also ordered the CE, keep an eye on your emails come Tuesday and if they don’t arrive you can try and solve the issue with Konami Customer Support. – David
