Harold Ramis perhaps best known for his role as Egon Spengler in Ghostbusters and as one of the most prolific and talented comedy writers and directors in Hollywood has passed away aged 69. Ramis had been ill for quite some time and is survived by his wife Erica Mann Ramis.
