Sky and Amazon have entered into a long term agreement, that sees Prime Video available on Sky and NOW TV devices across Europe, while the NOW TV and Sky Ticket apps will also come to Fire TV devices.
The deal will allow customers in Ireland, UK, Germany, Austria and Italy to watch award-winning TV series and films, as well as sport packages from both Sky and Amazon in one place.
Watching Prime Video on Sky Q
Sky Q customers will be able to find Prime Video in the Apps section and just have to pair their Sky Q box with their existing Prime membership. Sky now offers Prime Video, Netflix and Disney+ all in one place, making it easier than ever to choose what to watch.
There will even be more Prime Video integration, such as voice search for TV series, movies and more, in 2021. Sky customers who are not yet Prime Video customers can sign up via the Amazon Prime Video app, to enjoy a 30-day free trial.
