The latest Nintendo Direct was chock full of news and updates. Perhaps the biggest news was regarding Luigi and Animal Crossing!
The presentation announced that both were heading to the Switch with new titles. Animal Crossing for Nintendo Switch (working title apparently!) will be a mew mainline game in the series, the first since New Leaf. Other than that details were a little sketchy but the title will release in 2019!
In other Animal Crossing news, Isabelle joins the Smash Bros. Ultimate roster as a confirmed fighter.
Similar news for Luigi!
Luigi’s Mansion 3 (also a working title!) drops onto the Nintendo Switch in 2019 too. The game is still currently under production.
