Anime Nostalgia
That’s six Saturday nights with top notch anime! It’s also kind of sentimental for me. Before it was Syfy UK, I knew the channel as the Sci-Fi Channel. It was one of the first British TV channels to show anime and outside of Pokémon it was the place I learned and fell in love with anime. In fact Akira and Ninja Scroll were some of the first anime movies I ever got to watch. My parents just thought they were cartoons, oblivious to the adult themes and violence.
Make sure to catch even one or use them as an excuse to indoctrinate a friend into the Otaku world! I’d personally recommend Ninja Scroll! Action, violence, ninjas and magic! What more could you ask for?!
