Netflix Releases First I Am The Pretty Thing That Lives In The House Trailer
The trailer for new psychological/paranormal horror-comedy film I Am The Pretty Thing That Lives In The House has finally been released by Netflix, and oh boy does it look good!
Directed and written by Oz Perkins, the movie premiered on September 10 in the Toronto International Film Festival.
The film stars Ruth Wilson as Lily, a caretaker for an elderly horror author, Iris Bloom, played by Paula Prentiss. When Iris is bedridden, her estate manager hires Lily to move into the house as a live-in-nurse to care for her. Lily soon comes to believe that Iris’ horror novels may be based on a real life murder that Iris may have committed in the very house they live in.
