Bryan Fuller‘s plate is full. He’s developing American Gods for TV, a new Star Trek series and also a revival of Amazing Stories. And yet, he still thinks about bringing back Hannibal.
Fuller has always been open to continuing the show. When negotiations with Amazon (who held the exclusive streaming rights) fell through he said that in one way or another Hannibal would be back, after some time. And in a recent interview with Collider he narrowed down a potential date for more news.
Fuller says that it won’t be until August 2017 (about two years after the series finale) when he starts considering options for the show. He remarks that the cast is game, and so is he. I just hope this is something that happens, I still haven’t got over season 3.
